“I am the greatest”. This word was
made very popular by Mohammed Ali who is acclaimed to be the greatest boxer of
all time. He used that word when preparing for a world title bout is 1964. If
you ever get to watch any of his videos and you listen to all he says, you may
think he is going nuts, but you’ll get to realize that he is working on his
morale – his self-confidence, by constantly psyching himself up.

I Have Been MIA
It’s been
a long day like nearly every other day for me and I am ready to sleep (11:55pm), but I could
not help staring at my laptop and the feeling of betrayal surfaced. It’s not
like it’s the first time that feeling is coming to me recently whenever I look at my
system. I ask myself what is wrong? I feel like I have betrayed my laptop, my blog and blog friends. What happened to me? Why have I left the very
blogosphere I love so much for such a long time?

I Miss Him
We
walked down the street, my left hand braced by he’s right as the feeling of
security was certain to me. I would content myself with allowing him to lead as
I followed, not necessarily knowing where we were heading to or why we moved
that direction. He would tell me things and I would listen, many times not even
knowing what he was talking about, but I’d listen anyways. Some of the best
times I can ever remember in my few years spent so far in life are times spent
with him, strolling, in the farm and in church.

I Can't Kill Myself
Walahi…
no doubt, the situation of the country after 365 days of the APC administration
lead by President Buhari has not been funny at all. Things seem to have gone from bad
to worse and it is now a normal thing for families that eat 3 square meal comfortably
before now to ration every cup of rice and even the pinch of salt. Hmmm… but as a
typical Nigerian, we will always survive somehow, abi naa? I can't kill myself.

I Still Love Him: Please Advice Me
I met Obi nearly three years ago. Over the years, we have come to know each
other so well and what once started as chitchat every now and then grew into love. A little less
than a year ago, Obi proposed to me. He loved me so much, I knew it; it was like a dream come true. He was just the perfect
man of me, made from heaven and personally sent to me by the Angels.

Time Flies

Like
play, like play 4 months in the year 2016 has come and gone and today marks the
beginning of a new month. I am sure you are thinking now; how time flies. Yes o,
time can fly o… I usually realise this whenever something makes me look at the calendar…
God knows I hardly look at the calendar at all these days, who does? I only
remember the need to check the date when I go to deposit money in the bank and
I need to fill the date on the banks teller. Smh.

They Should Fight to Lead
Friends,
how unu dey? I desired to do a post since my “I am back” post, but NEPA had other ideas for me. Whenever I am at
the convience of my laptop-turned-desktop, they see to it that there is no
light, not even a flash of it and our transformer is still in good shape. I know
this no light thing in Nigeria is not a today’s thing and my fears plus the way
things have been going lately tells me that it has come to stay – God forbid.
