Guys, the next time you want to do a transaction in fidelity bank, don't be surprised if you see something different, from their colour, brand logo and service experience. Fidelity has rebranded.
When a company chooses to rebrand, it obviously ready for a change - a positive change. In case you don’t know, the spot light on rebranding is currently on the Fidelity Bank Plc brand, with a premium to “Keep their words” as has been a driving force in their quest for sustained excellence and improved service delivery to their customers as far as the banking industry in Nigeria is concerned.
For a while now we have known this financial institution with the colour green and logo bellow, but now there is something new.
|The Old Fidelity Logo|
The New Fidelity
The bank has seen the need to step up their game in every financial service they render just for the sake of their customers satisfaction …and so, as a customer, I expect an exceptional service experience both through direct contact with the bank or through the banks e-channels; ATM, Internet banking, Mobile banking etc. I also expect a great customer service experience in and out the banking hall and especially on every social media platform that is invoke.
The confidence lies not just in the fact that the bank says; We are Fidelity – we keep our word, and that their vision is to be No. 1 in every market they serve and in ever service they offer, but more in the growth which has been observed in the bank since it’s inception and in the quality of her management over time and staff.
With this new identity comes a whole lot of new expectations and I am sure you will deliver… you will keep your words.
Congratulations to the management and staff of Fidelity Bank Plc.
Fidelity; my Bank.
Hope they'll start looking for bloggers as brand ambassadors too.
Life is all about hopes Mami.Delete
Abadie? (How are you - in Ibibio language)
I don't know if its there new slogan but i like the caption "New Identity, Renewed Promise"ReplyDelete
So it's obvious you work with Fidelity
It's more like; I bank with Fidelity and I totally identity with them, even as they have Rebranded.Delete
Indeed, New Identity, Renewed Promises.
Ugo I no trust you oh...you sound like you 'work with' not just 'bank with' themReplyDelete
I pray oooo!Delete
they should not just change their logo...we need change in their operation and interest rate on loan should be affordable...and let them improve CSR.ReplyDelete
When it comes to CSR, I am sure they are one financial institution that stands out and their works are most visible in the Educational sector and Security amongst others.Delete
This Rebranding I am sure is not just about logo change, but more about improved customers satisfaction experience which encompasses all the financial services they offer to us; the customers.
