Sisterhood of World Bloggers

“Being a blogger has somewhat drawn me to people-a few of which I've seen- and some of which I have not and hope to see soon. So, being picked for the Sisterhood of the world bloggers award is a special feeling even though I feel that it should be 'siblings of the world bloggers' as there are lots of male bloggers who I consider 'brothers'.”

…and that was how a brother (me, myself and I) became a nominee in the Sisterhood of the world bloggers award. It feels like magic, but it’s real. Adaeze of AdaezeWrites nominated me for this award, as she was nominated by Adaezenwa - my blog mother (all these Adaezes seeef…lol). She took me unawares and crossed the lines too as she nominated me (a male) in an award that is meant for the female folks. Heheheeee… so I thought it was interesting. Don’t you think so too? See me dancing shoki…lol. I am grateful Ada; this means a lot to me.

1.      What are your biggest challenges as a blogger?

My biggest challenge as a blogger is being a blogger in the first place. It took me time before I started considering myself a blogger… funny right? But I am a blogger anyways. The other big challenge is finding ample time to blog.

2.     What are your likes and dislikes?

Materialism and sycophancy amongst others

3.     When did you start blogging and what drew you to it?

I started blogging sometime in December 2014. My blog was born as a result of an urgent need for a means of expressing some of my deep emotions that I would rather not share from the words of my mouth.

4.     What do you do in your spare time aside blogging?

My spare times are scares. If I am not blogging, I am resting or finding inspiration of some sort - reflecting.

5.     What are your favourite colours?

My blog colour has to be my favourite colour - Green. I just love its basic essence – life and hope. But generally, I love bright colours.

6.     What's your favourite place in the world?

I will stick with my room. It might not be the best of places, but it is my favourite place… that’s where I lay my head at the end of every day to rest.

7.     Nigerian movies or foreign movies?

I am not so much of a movie person, but if I must answer; foreign movies.

8.     List five people who inspire you and why?

But I can’t, because they are just so many… For your information shaa, you are one of them.

9.     Who's your favourite person in the world?

I am my favourite person in the world. The reason is a philosophy on its own.

10. What 3 essentials can't you do without?

Before I forget, I second the motion raised by Adaeze - we should have "Siblings of World bloggers" I have not met most of my blog friends yet, but some I already feel close to me like sisters and brothers.
